For security reasons, we need to verify your phone number before you can access your account. To verify your phone, please click on a send code button if you would like to receive a text message, or click on call me button to receive a call.
Once you have the code, provide it in the input box and click on verify code button. If after a couple of minutes you still haven't received the code, click on the send a new code link to re-send it.
After confirming the phone number, you should be redirected to your client portal dashboard.
Wrong phone number
If the phone number does not match your number, please contact your health professional and ask them to update your phone number and resend the invite.
The text is not being sent
If you haven't received the text message, please contact your health professional to confirm that the phone associated with your account is correct.
