As of May 2023, NutriAdmin has introduced telehealth for nutritionists and coaches as a new feature. This allows users of NutriAdmin to conduct one-on-one HIPAA-compliant videocalls without having to leave the software.
As of the writing of this article (May 2023) we only support one-on-one calls. The technology we use to provide this service has a cost that is proportional to the number of attendees in a call. Unfortunately, supporting mutliple-participant group sessions would be too costly for it to make sense with the current constraints we have in the design of the app.
If we get enough demand for this in the future and we find a way to lower the cost, then we will reconsider implementing multiple-user calls in the software. Feel free to let us know if you are interested by reaching out so that we can notify you when we can implement this feature.
As a workaround for the time being, you can use NutriAdmin for one-on-one calls, and resort to Zoom, teams, Google Meet, Skype and others for group calls. You can click here to learn how to integrate with these external services.
