If you need to remove a client from the client portal, this straightforward tutorial will guide you through the process. Following these simple steps will help you efficiently manage which clients have access to the client portal.
Step 1: On your dashboard, click on Client Portal on the left side of the screen then select Portal.
Step 2: Find the client that you want to remove. In this example, we'll remove Sample Client 2.
Step 3: Click on the Actions dropdown option.
Step 4: Select Remove from portal
As you can see here, the name of the client will still show but the Invited, Created, and Verified parts will change to red. This means the client no longer has access to the client portal.
