When a client performs an action such as:

  • completed a questionnaire
  • suggested appointment slots

or when the client:

  • is sent an appointment notification
  • is sent a reminder notification

This activity will be recorded automatically in the notifications section of NutriAdmin. You will also receive an email notification like the one below:

Crucially, the email notification you receive will only include the client's first name and limited information about the questionnaire/appointment affected. This information is kept to a minimum deliberately for security/privacy reasons. It is not possible to include the client's full name/email there.

If you need more information, you can log in to your NutriAdmin account and check the notification bell at the top-right corner

This will show a complete list of notifications for the last month and you can click the Date header to order them chronologically.
