When a client logs in for the first time to the client portal at https://api.nutriadmin.com/client/login - they will be required to reset their password as a security measure.
A new password has some requirements, e.g. at least 8 characters in length, and a combination of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols. If these requirements are not met, the client will get an error when changing the password.
The above said, the error can also happen in the "current password" is entered incorrectly. The current password is the password the client has received via email (unless the client has already changed this password in the past). So the client needs to enter the password from the email AND a newly created password or there will be an error.
