If you're experiencing unexpected logouts from the NutriAdmin client portal, there might be a privacy settings issue, or if you have adblockers or privacy plugins enabled. Your privacy settings may be blocking NutriAdmin cookies, leading to automatic logouts.
Log out issue on iPhone
iPhones offer some strict privacy settings - sometimes by default - that are meant to prevent sites from tracking you. The idea is to prevent advertisements and cookies being placed in your device. Companies can use that data to sell to advertisers.
NutriAdmin does not sell data to advertisers in any way and we don't advertise to clients in the portal (they are not even our target customer). Sometimes the privacy settings in Safari may accidentally block some important cookies that the software uses to keep the user logged in.

Users of privacy-focused browsers like Brave may also encounter these issues. Sometimes adblockers, and privacy software block scripts in websites too aggressively and they accidentally block something required to run the site (like the login cookie).

Option 1:
Try using a different web browser or device, such as a laptop, to see if the issue persists.
Option 2:
Try resetting the cookies settings for NutriAdmin in the iPhone settings for Safari.
Option 3:
Whitelisting or allowing cookies for NutriAdmin in case they are blocked.
