The most efficient way to create the same meal plan for two people, but to have small differences (e.g. calories) is to use the meal plan duplication feature. This tutorial explains how.

Step 1: Create one client record per person. If is not recommended to mix data from different people within the same client record as this can result in complications later.

Step 2: Create a meal plan for the first individual as normal. Add all the recipes, comments, and data to this first meal plan.

Step 4: Edit the second copy of the meal plan by changing the food and recipe amounts to that the calories of the plan are adjusted for the second client's nutritional needs.
