NutriAdmin (nutriadmin.com) is a subscription-based Software as a Service (SaaS) product. Users pay a monthly or annual recurring membership fee in exchange for using the software.
All NutriAdmin subscription plans include a 14-day free trial period. Subscribers are billed monthly or annually starting 14 days after the date they register for the service on a recurring basis until they decide to cancel their subscription. Billing occurs at the start of each subscription period (monthly or annual), this means subscription periods are charged in advance.
The free trial period is intended as a way of letting users try, test, and familiarize themselves with the software before committing to further payments. Due to the nature of NutriAdmin, 14 days should be enough for most users to determine whether they want to pay to use the software or not.
We are aware sometimes a user can be unsatisfied with the software after subscribing or that human errors can occur. E.g. sometimes users forget to cancel their subscription on time even though they meant to. That is why our refunds policy allows for any user to claim a full refund of their last subscription payment within a grace period of 5 days since the charge. In order to apply for a refund, you can contact us on support@nutriadmin.com explaining your situation and we will be able to issue a refund of your last payment if you meet the conditions specified in this policy. Only the most recent billed payment can be refunded when applying for refunds. Payments issued for previous billing periods are non-refundable.
Refunds for a payment are only guaranteed if claimed within 5 days of the payment date. After 5 days have passed since billing, most payments will be deemed non-refundable. Special cases will be considered on a one-to-one basis. If you consider you are in an special situation you can email us on support@nutriadmin.com explaining your circumstances. The NutriAdmin team will consider your situation and reply back with whatever options are available.
When issuing a refund, NutriAdmin will aim to transfer the refund amount to the bank account of the beneficiary within ten business days of the request. NutriAdmin is property of Magosoft Ltd, a United Kingdom based company. This means international payments may be delayed or take longer due to regional forces outside of Magosoft's control. In any case, refund payments will be paid as soon as circumstances allow. Your access to the software will be revoked during the refund process as part of canceling your subscription. If downgrading/upgrading a pricing plan, your access to features will be modified to match the new plan rather than revoked.
Finally, in the contingency of a user using NutriAdmin's free trial, then canceling his/her account, then coming back to the same account, the number of days left in his/her trial will equal the number left when the account was last active. In the case the trial period was over already, there wouldn't be a second trial period.
