You may have been invited or scheduled for an online appointment with your dietitian/nutritionist/personal trainer via NutriAdmin's video call feature but, you are unable to access it and join the call.
The most common reason for this problem would be if your practitioner hasn't started the call yet. The button to join will not work until they log in and initiate the call. You also need to grant permission to your web browser (e.g. Google Chrome, Safari, etc) to access your camera and microphone in order for video call to work. You should have gotten a pop up message asking for this as shown below
