I have been using NutriAdmin for the past 3 months, and firstly I am so impressed by Diego and his team. They are super responsive if there are any problems (which isn't often) and also really responsive if we need any technical support. We're now using NutriAdmin as a team – which means my PA can be adding clients to my calendar and requesting payments, while I work on their reports and menu plans. It's really helping to streamline my business, help me to keep across accounts, my PA is spending less time arranging appointments and payments and I love the functionality of reports, menu planning and keeping notes. Yes it will take you a bit of time uploading the info you want to use, getting your client database and questionnaires set up, but it's the best diary system and notes/report system I've seen and it's saving me so much time. As my business has slowly grown I have been juggling the multitude of various documentation required to administer my clients both in advance of consultations as well as throughout their program. NutriAdmin has streamlined the process of gathering information and storing it, cutting down the time I spend on reproducing emails, sending questionnaires and tracking this data as well as storing all this vital information all in one secure place. The main difference is client volume. If you have up to 10 new clients per month, then the Basic plan is for you. If you see up to 20 or 40 new clients per month, then Popular or Professional will suit you. The Business plan is for a practice with multiple nutritionists. Also, from the Popular plan up, there are some extra features available.
Yes. We take security seriously. NutriAdmin is stored in a HIPAA-compliant cloud and we have many security measures in place to ensure the confidentiality and safety of your clients' data. You can learn more about HIPAA/GDPR and NutriAdmin in our Frequently Asked Questions page.
Each month you get the right to create a certain amount of new client records for your clients/patients in the system (10 in basic plan, 20 in popular, etc). You can store, view, and edit all your past records at no additional cost (e.g. in follow up consultations). Non-used records are not carried over from one month to another. Learn more...

You can cancel your subscription at any time with one click from your NutriAdmin account. There are no penalties or hidden costs for cancellations. There are no long-term contracts either. You can check the Docs for more specific info.
NutriAdmin is in English, and the majority of our users are from English-speaking countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Ireland, and New Zealand. That said, it is possible to customize the software to work in other languages, such as Spanish, Portuguese, French, etc.
Absolutely. NutriAdmin uses Stripe for processing online payments from your clients. Stripe is a leading company in online payment processing, and they comply with the highest standards of security. All payment data is stored securely by Stripe, and the NutriAdmin staff does not have access to credit card numbers or other sensitive financial data.
NutriAdmin does not charge any fees for integrating with Stripe. However, Stripe does charge fees associated with processing payments online. You can check Stripe's pricing page to learn more. If you bill your clients online with NutriAdmin, you will incur the Stripe fees published on the Stripe website.
