How to login to client portal?
My password does not work
If you have copy/pasted your password, please make sure you have not copied any additional space characters at the beginning or at the end of the password. Otherwise, please reset your password as shown below
I forgot my password
If you forgot your password, you can reset it by going to https://nutriadmin.com/client/login and clicking on the 'Forgot your password?' link.
A verification code will be sent to your email address and once you provided it, you will be prompted to change your password.
I cannot receive the password reset email in my inbox

I haven't received the verification code on my phone
If you are logging in for the first time, you will be asked to verify your identity by confirming the code sent to your mobile number.
If you haven't received the code, please make sure you clicked on the 'Send Code' button. If you still haven't received your verification code, most likely your nutritionist have the wrong number on the record. Contact your nutritionist to update the number. Please note that we only support mobile numbers, that can receive text messages.
Finally, if the number is correct, then you can point your nutritionist/practitioner to this tutorial which explains how they can manually verify your phone so that you can access the portal.
